What will a future trip listing need to show?
Origin, destination, date, departure time, seats, RWF price, public meeting areas, luggage details and the provider’s approval status. These listings and seat matching are not live yet.
Can I book or pay for a seat now?
No. The current pilot only supports enquiries. Seat inventory, booking confirmation, payment verification, cancellations, refunds and settlement must be implemented and tested before launch.
What should I share in an enquiry?
Use towns or general meeting areas, your preferred date, seats, budget and relevant travel needs. Keep identity documents, passwords, payment credentials and unnecessary precise personal addresses out of your request.
Do I need another account?
No. Shopping, selling, travel and delivery enquiries use the same WordPress account, with separate approval for provider roles.
